Small visual glitches in ListGrid in Enterprise skin

Hi Isomorphic,

clicking though the online showcase (now v11.0p_2017-01-11) I found two small visual glitches (FF26, Chromium 55, Edge 14, only in Enterprise, not in Simplicity):



1st box shows that in some samples (where the last column is a number/text column?) the hovered row has a 3D effect in the last column while the other columns don't.
I don't know what is wanted here, but it should be the same for all columns IMHO.

2nd box shows that the dead field below the scrollbar is not skinned. This is also no the case in Simplicity.

Both issues are low priority for me as I'm not using Enterprise.

We fixed the first of these, for builds dated January 18 and later.

I can see that the 1st one is fixed online in v11.0p_2017-01-21.
I also noted that the "Total" column does not take part in the "zebra striping" of the table.

the zebra striping issue is also true in Tahoe and 6.1d, e.g. here (SNAPSHOT_v11.1d_2017-03-27), so it seems not to be skin related, but ListGridSummaryField related.

Total is a field of type "summary' which have a different style series by design - see recordSummaryBaseStyle.
