    timeline: non-draggable indicator with gripper

    Hello,

I would like to have a non-draggable indicator in a timeline with visible gripper (this indicator presents the current time and makes no sense to be draggable). Currently the gripper is not drawn unless the indicator setCanDrag() is set to true.
    How can I achieve this?

SmartClient Version: SNAPSHOT_v10.0d_2014-08-05/Pro Deployment (built 2014-08-05)

You can't do this as things stand - the purpose of the gripper is to move the associated Canvas, thus, it only makes sense when the canvas can be moved.

We're aware that you have an additional list of Phase 1 requirements lodged with Support - we'll comment further on this matter with that feedback.

I realize it does not make much sense to have the gripper on a normal event if it isn't draggable, but you must admit that the indicator without its head looks a little bit weird.
I believe that giving the indicator a gripper even if it isn't draggable would be a reasonable addition to the timeline component.
      Please consider that.
