DetailViewer and optionDataSource

Do these work together?

I've seen a couple of old posts when doing a search (2009 and 2010). It looks like Isomorphic said it was planned but I'm not sure it works.

If I mark a field in DetailViewer's dataSource as an optionDataSource, the value is coming back null/undefined.

There's no infrastructure in a DetailViewer for doing an optionDataSource fetch, but the more efficient approach (setting up a displayField as is described in DataSourceField.includeFrom) does work and is what we'd recommend.
