Missing SilverWave header images in SmartClient

Hi,

In the SilverWave skin there seems to be some missing images regarding ListGrids. The images are requested when clicking on a arrow icon in the right corner of a field's header of a ListGrid (as shown in the attached picture). I'm using SmartClient version v9.1p_2014-04-20, but this error is observable from the demo pages as well. So far I've tested on chrome, firefox and IE. The images are the following ones:

• isomorphic/skins/SilverWave/images/ListGrid/header_Focused.png
• isomorphic/skins/SilverWave/images/ListGrid/header_Focused_Over.png

We'll add these, but we highly, highly recommend you move to one of the skins that supports CSS3Mode (see skinning overview). These skins are much much faster and lighter weight.

These images have now been added for tomorrow's builds.

Thanks! We are really considering moving to one of the newer skins. In the meantime, we have found some other image-related issues in the SilverWave skin (SmartClient v91p_2014-06-04_LGPL):

• missing image file isomorphic/skins/SilverWave/images/DynamicForm/ColorPicker_icon_Disabled.png
• missing "check mark" in isomorphic/skins/SilverWave/images/DynamicForm/checked_Disabled.png (looks the same as unchecked_Disabled.png)
