      Hi,
As you told i tested with latest patches(24th May 2013).
SmartGWT verstion pro 3.1(24th May 2013) and
      and chrome Version 26.0.1410.64 m.

      Scenarion to reproduce:
      1)Create smartgwt window.
2)Add SelectItem to HLayout or VLayout or SectionStack
3)Add this control(HLayout or VLayout or SectionStack) to window.
      4) Now Click on SelectItem and Make sure that list is opened then maximize the browser window or vise versa.

It is reproducing if i had the contols (SelectItem, MenuItem...etc) under window. If the control is not under window it is working fine.

If you feel still issue is there in latest patches please kindly inform me when you will fix the issue.
      Thanks In advance.
