ie10 and css3

Hello,

when i turn the css3 setting to "supported", i've noticed that it says "false" for IE10.

Why is this? I looked around, and from what i can tell, ie10 supports css3.

IE10, like IE9, has partial support for some parts of CSS3, lots of it rather buggy.

What we mean by "supported" in this case is full-fidelity rendering without any flaws we can't work around.

IE9 didn't have this no matter how many workarounds you apply, IE10 is closer and may eventually move to "supported" if we can find appropriate workarounds for the remaining issues.
