    SmartGWT 4.0p vs ...

    I would like to use the version of SmartGWT LGPL that gets the most attention from Isomorphic when I post an issue.
    Today is Fri July 12th, 2013.
    Which version should I be using? 2.5, 3.0p, 3.1p, 4.0p, 4.1d?

    Maybe you should use the current stable version (4.0p)?

      Yeah I guess... I would have liked to know what Isomorphic prefers.
      After all, any time we spend on that branch means more indirect QA.
      I figured it would benefit everybody...

        For bugs, current stable is going to receive the most priority.

        Whatever the base version, it's critical to test against the latest patch build.

        A report against a totally obsolete version (2.5) is generally going to be ignored.

        Working with a brand new feature in current development is also more likely to get attention.

        Quality of the issue report / completeness is a very important factor.
