SmartGWT Version : Developer Console shows "SmartClient Version: v8.3p_2013-06-09/EVAL Deployment", but I am using trial version of SmartGWT 3.1

with chart.setShowValueOnHover(true);
The issue is, it shows the Data Value for the middle section of the Bar chart even if the mouse is on the last section. Attached the screenshot.
Expected behavior is that the tooltip should show the value of the section on which the mouse is.
Can you please let me know how to achieve that ?
