Where is built-in-ds?

The SmartGWT_Quick_Start_Guide.pdf file included in SmartGWT 3.1 mentions a sample named built-in-ds, but that sample is not present in the installation I downloaded.

Is the guide outdated, or is the 3.1 zip file missing some files?

This sample project is for Pro+, and is present in those editions.

It's a bit confusing because the same documentation applies to both the open source and the commercial version.
I'll download the 60 day evaluation version and take it from there.
