Timeline start and end parameter checking

Just a heads up that the timeline widget fails with a java script error if setStartDate(null) or calendar.setEndDate(null). Same if the setTimeLineRange date parameters are in wrong order (start date is after end date).

Absolutely not a big deal, but it might be useful if you included some parameter checks and have it fail more gracefully.
