title on first tab of tabset not drawing

I am using the following
SmartClient Version: SNAPSHOT_v8.3d_2012-09-20/PowerEdition Deployment (built 2012-09-20)

With firefox 17.0.1


I have been using tabs and tabsets for almost a year now, and all has been fine. My windows machine did some updates and I think that is about all that has changed.

However, now my title on the first tab is not showing itself, until I move the mouse over the tab title. Then it draws and all is fine. In fact all the tabs after that are fine. If I log out of the application and come back in the first tab draws fine.

However, if I kill of firefox I can reproduce the problem.

If I add a second tab the first one draws its title.

The canvas of the first tab is fine.

Ideas??

Looks like it was having setedittitle to true on the tab.
Set it to false and the problem went away. Easy, never used this feature ...

I also have this problem

With SmartClient 8.2 on our server, we're getting reports from users with Firefox that the 2nd tab in the tabset doesn't display at all - and no mouseover will fix it.

I'm seeing a similar problem all the sudden in new development with 8.3 just like what OP had. Very intermittent.

There are no errors showing up in the console for me. I'm only getting secondhand reports from users.
