Draw a table similar to HTML

I am new to smartclient. I have a question. It would be great if someone in this forum helps me.
My question is:
Is it possible to draw a table(similar to html table) as below. If yes how?
SmartClient A B C D
W <disabled fields> <editable fields>
X <disabled fields> <editable fields>
Y <disabled fields> <editable fields>
Z <disabled fields> <editable fields>

I wrote the data in tabular format.. but it got merged in the post... ABCD are columns and WXYZ are rows...
