Default Context menu interaction closes pick list

SC_SNAPSHOT-2012-01-23_v8.2p/LGPL Development Only (built 2012-01-23)
Windows 7
Firefox 10.0.2, Chrome 17.0, IE 9
Hosted and native mode

I have configured a combo box pick list to display the list grid header. When I right click, I get the context menu, as expected. When I select an item (any item) from the context menu, the pick list disappears. Also, when I click on the header menu button, the pick list disappears immediately.

Is there any way to prevent this, aside from disabling the context menu? I need the headers, and it would be really nice to have the context menu work without closing the pick list.

I have attached some sample code to demonstrate the behavior I'm seeing.

We've made some changes to the 8.2p / 3.0p and 8.3d / 3.1d branches to address this. Please try the next nightly build and let us know if you continue to have this problem
