Issue related to Time format in Date.

Hi,

I am working on an application using SmartClient and am facing a problem with the time format in date field.
My Scenario:
I am getting date from server as 10 Feb 2006 21:12:1
I want the date to be displayed as 10 Feb 2006 21:12:01

Whenever SS in the above format has single digit I want to prefix the digit with 0.For eg:1 should be displayed as 01.

Can anyone please help me with this.
