How to make a groupby header selectable

Hi,

I have a List grid where I am using a groupBy attribute to group the records. In some scenarios I need to select the group by header, which is not selectable by default. It just expands/collapse if I click on the groupBy header.
Can anyone please let me know how to make the header selectable.
