    How to place an order

    We have been trying to contact your company for a purchase. All phone calls are immediately routed to messaging and we never get a response. The emails we send are ignored. How can we get hold of a live person at your company? We are getting frustrated, what do we have to do to get a response?

    We received an email from your organization (bcarson) on June 27th and wrote back 9 minutes later with the requested pricing and a follow up question. You may have malfunctioning spam filters or a similar problem.

    We also don't seem to have any unanswered voicemails - be sure to leave a voicemail if you need a voice response, as we get many callers trying to sell things to us.
