SmartGWT 3.0 Nightly and GWT 2.4.0

To test out some features that we need, we're now using SmartGWT 3.x nightly builds. We are currently using it with GWT 2.3.0, because the SmartGWT 3.x documentation only referenced GWT 2.3.0 and not 2.4.0.

However, is there any reason why we shouldn't use GWT 2.4.0 (ie the latest GA GWT release?) Put another way, in Isomorphic's internal labs, are the developers using GWT 2.4.0 for development and testing, or are still sticking with 2.3.0? (I know that for earlier release of SmartGWT, it was important to choose the right version of GWT for a given version of SmartGWT).

Early GWT went through some heavy refactoring, necessitating version matches in most GWT-based libraries. 2.4 is fine to use.

Do you have any plans on when your maven site( http://www.smartclient.com/maven2/com/smartgwt/smartgwt/ ) will be updated to the lastest patched 2.5 and 3.0?

The best approach for Maven is to use the approach at wiki.smartClient.com (Setup Guides -> Maven ).
