Steps to reproduce:

Go to your demo page:
https://www.smartclient.com/smartcli...crease=4&dhc=1
Edit first dynamic form from the top and add this FormItem:

RowSpacerItem.create(),

below this code:

    ID: "form1",
    width: 620,
    colWidths: [190, "*"],
    fields: [
        {name: "text", title:"Text", type:"text", hint: "A plain text field", wrapHintText: false},
