6.1d TabSet baseline generated always bug (?)

Hi Isomorphic,

I'm in the process of applying my Simplicity skin changes to Tahoe. Doing so I found this effect, which might be a minor in internal-framework-detail bug:
Please see this sample (now on SNAPSHOT_v11.1d_2017-03-25). The load_skin.js includes:

isc.TabBar.addProperties({showBaseLine:false, .....

Nevertheless the generated source includes the baseLine:


This is no problem for me, as I'm using the baseline, but might be a bug nevertheless.
