I have the SmartClient icon on my desktop and use it pretty frequently. However, in the past week or two I have been unable to pull up the camera's to view the recordings. Every time I click on the SmartClient icon, nothing pops up. I am unable to see any screen and login. I would really like some help with this, thank you!
