12.1p only (12.0/13.0 OK) Slider height change on use/exit

the SliderItem is fine, issue is with the LinkItem. When you comment it out, the issue is gone. Please see here instead.

please see this unmodified sample (v12.1p_2021-03-21, Win10 FF87, Chromium 89). As you can see in the video, the items under the SliderItem move on SliderItem use/exit.
