GRID export as "ooxml" or "xls" is not working with SmartClient Ajax RIA system Version v12.1p_2021-04-01/EVAL Deployment (2021-04-01)

We are having a strange issue with grid export functionality

We will have four servers for production and then a load balancer manages load among all 4 servers, So if you hit server through a load balancer, export functionality is not working as expected, we are able to download a file but when we try to open it's empty or give error Excel cannot be open the file 'filename.xlsx' because the file format or file extension is not valid

But it works fine when we go to an individual server and try to export it, it works as expected

In both cases, we have similar data in GRID Please,

Help us to know if we need to change any configuration for this

Also we are using client-side export functiontionlity with function exportClientData function

This is a problem with the load balancer, not SmartClient (obviously) but, we would recommend looking at what's going on in the network at a low level: is there no data at all being delivered, or partial data, or perhaps the HTTP headers are different relative to a direct connection?
