TreeGrid: missing png files

Reproducing steps:
1. Open https://www.smartclient.com/smartcli...?id=nodeTitles
2. Open debug console of browser (Chrome)
3. Click on nested tree item on tabset "View" (for example, on "Mgr Site Services: Tamara Kene"). Icon "+" shold be absent for selected item.
4. See debug console; the follow message should be: "https://www.smartclient.com/smartclient-release/isomorphic/skins/Tahoe/images/TreeGrid/opener_closed_selected.png " (code 404).
5. Click on the left of selected tree item to expand. Tree item should be expanded, and Icon "-" shold be absent for selected item
6. See debug console; the follow message should be: "https://www.smartclient.com/smartclient-release/isomorphic/skins/Tahoe/images/TreeGrid/opener_opened_selected.png " (code 404).

So, there are no 2 icons is image collection: "opener_closed_selected.png" and "opener_opened_selected.png"...
