Bug: background images of Windows in Opera

Opera:
Version 12.17
Build 1863
Platform Win32
System Windows 7

If Window is resized larger - all the background images' widths/heights don't get adjusted properly

Just resize the example Window to make it larger in Opera and all images get screwed up

Actually I notice that if isc_css3Mode = "on"; this problem goes away in Opera.
