ComboBoxItem: how to change pick list location and scroll bar?

Hi All,

Could anyone help me with pick list location and view changing?

By default pick list located right under the combo box's text area. And I need to move it left and up to show it over the textArea (like on combobox.png screenshot attached). Is it possible?

Also I need some changes in pick list's appearance.
Is there any way to use up and down buttons on the top and bottom of pick list instead of scrollbar? See picklist_up_button.png attachment for example.
