SmartGWT 2.1 Grid Cell Widgets sample: buttonFields mixed after columns were changed

It looks like there are some troubles with Grid Cell Widgets sample in SmartGWT 2.1 Showcase. And possibly there is a bug with embedding widgets in ListGrid cells.

When I changed columns (switch off displaying of one of them through HeaderContextMenu of the ListGrid), "Info" buttons were moved to the left side of the grid, overlapping first column's values. After changing back they were mixed with other column's values (see screenshot attached).

I've got it in IE8 and FF 3.6.

Which version of Smart GWT are you using? This has been fixed in Smart GWT 2.2.

I'm having a smillar issue. In the 2.2 in the showcase these widgets are out of line after grouping the columns.
