I have created a new skin for my SmartGWT/GWT webapp and I'm facing problems getting the stuff in the correct place when I create the war file.
I have created all the necessary files and it works as long as I run in "hosted mode". But when it comes to building the war file, my stuff either is not included at all or is put in the wrong place.
Has anyone successfully done this and could give me some pointers, what I need to do?

I'm using Netbeans 6.8, GWT4NB 2.6.22, Gwt 2.0.3, SmartGWT 2.1 on a Vista Business x64
