Checkbox in disabled boolean ListGridField doesn't appear disabled

When we setDisabled() on a record in a ListGridField, the checkboxes don't show using the checked_Disabled.png and unchecked_Disabled.png icons.

Is this a bug in SmartGWT 2.1, or something we can fix in CSS somewhere?
