Nested Grid Summary row and Horizontal scroll issue

SmartGWT 2.0
Windox xp
Chrome and firefox 3.6

When i setCanExpandRecords and setGroupSummary to true on my list grid
i see the Expand icon on all my rows which is fine , but i also see expand icon
on my GroupSummary row , how do i remove the expand icon on my Group Summary row ?

Another issue i have is when i click expand on any record and display my nested grid , my nested grid has few additional columns so i see a horizontal scroll bar , when i try to scroll the scroll bar to the left to see all the columns of my nested grid , the grid keeps flickering and the scroll doesnt stay there and it comes back to its original position

Try posting a standalone, runnable test case for these behaviors - but first, upgrade to 2.1 to check whether the issue has already been addressed.
