Time combobox edit for custom Calendar event editor

Hello,
I have a very complex CalendarEvent edit screen, so I am not allowing the user access to the default editor. The default editor has a handy 'time only' start\end time editor. I do not see any obvious way to make the TimeItem or DateTimeItem classes so the same thing. How can I access this existing UI component ?

I'm also interested in this kind of Item. I suppose you could make your own with a couple of SelectItems, but it would be nice if it would be already available.
