Listgrid how to highlight a row

Hi, i'm a newbie at gwt and smartgwt, and i'm trying to periodically get data from a server and write it to a listgrid, and when the new data differs from the old one highlight the row that differs.

For now i'm trying to highlight a row but without success, i can't set that animation to work.

Is this possible to do, or it can't be done to a row.
