How to disable collapse/expand feature of TreeGrid from the user??

Hello,

I would like to view a tree grid with all parents opened (or opened dynamicly by some event) and to DISABLE the collapse feature from the user (even to hide the expand/collapse icon).

Is there any way to do so? Or is there a component that view data like a tree without the collapse/expand feature ?
