percentage sizes in listgrid custom expansions

There is a bug in the handling of percentage width sizes of custom expansion components for a listgrid. The percentage seems to be taken with respect to the page width, not the listgrid width. As a result, the listgrid shows a horizontal scrollbar, but scrolling it does not work properly.
Probably the parentElement of the expansion component is not set.
