ListGrid and Data Source Problem

Hi All,
I am new with smart gwt I am facing problem with Listgrid and Data Source .I have a listgrid which shows number of columns .The number of columns keeps on changing.Can you please suggest me how can i achieve this ?

Changes in what way? What causes a change? Need some more details first off here.
