Disabled progressbar skin display issue

I'm trying to display a 'disabled' Progressbar within a CanvasItem on a disabled DynamicForm, but I'm seeing a broken image instead. The files that are missing would be located at:

--- /sc/skins/Enterprise/images/Progressbar/progressbar_Disabled_h_empty_stretch.gif.

--- /sc/skins/Enterprise/images/Progressbar/progressbar_Disabled_h_empty_stretch.gif

This is with SmartGWT 2.3 Power edition.
