I've searched for a "SmartGWT Quick Start Guide" just like the one in pdf for SmartClient.

Where can I find it? Or is it still in production?

The document you're referring to is the Quick Start Guide for SmartClient not SmartGWT. I did read somewhere that there is a separate document (or it still has to become available) that's specific for SmartGWT.
