Is there a complete list of the variables available to a Velocity script in a ds.xml file? I notice the DMI Validation example in the SmartGWT EE showcase uses a $record variable, but I don't see that mentioned in the Velocity Support or Custom Querying interfaces in the javadocs.

Generally available variables are listed here, then you'll find specific lists of additional variables on specific properties that allow Velocity expressions.
