ListGrid scroll vertical mouse wheel

Hello,

I have a ListGrid with n column setFrozen(true) and n column setFrozen(false)
The n element frozen=false are surrounded by a vertical scrollbar and horizontal scrollbar.
When I use the vertical scroll column: All grid is in motion
So far, So good.

But when I use the mouse wheel: on the first n column, setfrozen=true, the grid doesn't move
while I use the mouse wheel on column setfrozen=false, All grid is in motion

is that a bug?
