Form datasource

SmartGWT 2.3.0 with firefox

I have a grid with data and a form in the bottom like in showcase featured_master_detail. But when I try to save I receive an error like
saveData() called on a non-bound DynamicForm.
I read this is when I have dynamic form without a datasource but it's not my case.

What can it be? It's important!
