There's a few ways you can get around this problem, but we're instead changing the logic so the filename is still added even if you add a query parameter to the default actionURL. This is already done in the latest 3.1d builds and will appear in 3.0p shortly.

It's already done - a week or so ago.

with FF 13 and Chrome 19.0.1084.56 m the behaviour has not changed, the URL is still in the format:

/isomorphic/IDACall?locale=it/filename.pdf&isc_rpc=1&isc_v=v8.2p_2012-06-12&isc_tnum=7

and only IE8 opens it correctly (even with that URL)

Sorry for the delay. Yes, this change never made it into the 8.2 branch for some reason. It has now been ported and will be present in nightly builds as of tomorrow (23 June)
