How to control a scrollbar of a dynamically added widget?

Hi,

I've found that if I add a widget during a creation of a view, I can good control its scrolling. But if I do it dynamically after the creation, I cannot control scrollbar. Methods scrollTo don't work. How can I solve this? What must I do after widget addition?
