That doesnot seems to be the right implementation then.

If T and B means top and bottom then why does it slide from left to right and vice-versa.....

In my problem i specifically asked why is it T and B if i need to show/hide horizontally and not vertically.

What kind of slide are you hoping for? Currently, the only slides supported are from left to right, and from top to bottom.

If you're hoping for from bottom to top, you'll need to do that yourself (just position the widget offscreen and repeatedly call moveTo() to move it onscreen, for example).
