Need help: Warning message shown twice when choosing Freeze a column

SmartGWT: 1.3 jar
Client-Side problem:

I was assigned a bug that at a situation there is no items to show in the list grid, the warning message shows twice when the Freeze a column menu item is selected.

I want this be solved by whenever the Freeze menu item is selected, the warning message won't show again.

I cannot find such a context menu handle through the existing methods from the ListGrid.

Does anyone know how to capture the context menu item selection from the picture below?
