    Problem with mails to *@isomorphic.com

    Hi Isomorphic,

    I have problems with getting in contact with your licensing department.
    On Thu, 26. Jan 2012 around 00:12 GMT I wrote to licensing@isomorphic.com and support@isomorphic.com from my German Freemail GMX account. These mails came back with

    "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

    support@isomorphic.com

    Technical details of permanent failure:
    Message rejected by Google Groups. Please visit http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=188131 to review our Bulk Email Senders Guidelines.

    ..." (full mail by mail if needed)

    I then sent from googlemail with the same result.
    Then I wrote you via the form in http://www.smartclient.com/company/contact.jsp and didn't get an answer, yet.

    Could you please tell me if you got my mail one way or the other?

    We received one mail and replied. Given that we use Google Apps, any problem is likely an issue on your end. See Google's email guidelines in the rejection notice to start troubleshooting.

      Hi Isomorphic,

      thank you for your fast reply. Could you please re-send your mail as I didn't get it so far. Where did you send it? googlemail, GMX, Company?

      I looked further into my rejected mail and it directs me to http://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=188131 which isn't helpful. Let hope that I can reply to your mails once we exchanged one mail successfully.

            We've resent yet again to all the addresses you requested. Please don't ask for further help troubleshooting problems with your email, we really need to focus on support issues.
