smartgwt printing

GWT2.4, SmartGWT2.5, Firefox 8

Does anyone know how to the printing of GWT? In the showcas,
it just show printing of some ListGrid. Now i am going to print a
contranct. It includes the Form(DynamicForm), ListGrid and Label.

And I found that no absolute Layout provided in SmartGWT. How can i
set the fixed position of the content.

I tried Canvas.showPrintPreview(...). And it ignores some setting of mine.
For example, i set the layout with border. When i am in the preView mode, it
shows nothing.
