Bug?: includeFrom does not use customSelectExpression defined in parent .ds.xml

Hi Isomorphic,

I just noticed that includeFrom does add the column name I give in includeFrom="DSNAME.mycolumn" to the select-statement.
As it already has to go the parent DSNAME.ds.xml in order to set up the SQL-join, it should also include the customSelectExpression defined for DSField mycolumn and not just add mycolumn to the select list.

I don't know if this is on purpose, so I added "Bug?" to the title of the post.

For everyone reading this: I just found out by chance that the forum software here supports shortcuts for {I}{/I}{B}{/B}{U}{/U} where "{" = "[".
Just press Ctrl-I/B/U to add the empty tags or highlight text and press the shortcut to enclose the text in the tags.

@Isomorphic: Is the same there for CODE and URL as well?

We'd rather not making the assumption that customized SQL expressions should be used - if the same ones are desired, they can be copied over.
