Some I18N issues with smart widgets

Hi,

I've tested build
SmartClient Version: v8.2p_2012-04-27/PowerEdition Deployment (built 2012-04-27)

There're are 2 issues in our Spanish translation that I hope you can address:

1. SC.say dialog box's 'OK ' button is not localized - Spanish one still says 'OK' - needs to be 'Aceptar'.

2. DateItem (in 3 select boxes mode) shows date in (Month Day Year) format for Spanish locale (It's correct for Russian and Portuguese).

I've updated OK translation for Spanish and also
changed shortDate(Time)Format for Spanish to European from US.

Please update the Spanish resource bundle.
