Create two group in a dynamic form

I am new to SmartGWT, and working on a migration project, which is developed using gwt-ext. Following is the form, which i need to create using smartgwt. can anybody help me on this. Thanks in advance.

Method names are from memory, have a look at the docs for the exact name.
Only for the Employees sheets-border I don't know how I'd do it. The rest is straight forward.
