Cosmetical bug: The remove-icon in ListGrid does not have "hand"-pointer on mouseover

Hi Isomorphic,

The icon in the ListGridField for setCanRemoveRecords(true)-ListGrids does not have the "hand"-pointer on mouseover.
Other generated icons (e.g. the ones for download at a binary field, calendar icon, grid cell widgets) do have the pointer on mouseover.
