Drag & Drop Selected text between TextItems

Hello,

1. SmartGWT Version (From Developer Console) : v10.0p_2015-10-01/EVAL Deployment
2. Browsers : Google Chome : Version 46.0.2490.71 (64-bit), Mozilla Firefox 41.0
3. Operation System : Winsows XP SP3, Linux OpenSuSe 13.2 (x86_64)

When we use SmartGWT old version text drag & drop between formitems works great. now it doesn't work.

I don't know which logs (server or client) and code are required to post for clarification.
Also I tried to do this into SmartGWT showcase but it doesn't work there also. for example you can see here : http://www.smartclient.com/smartgwt/...ut_form_titles
Enter some text into first field and then try to drag this text into second field.

I have run old version of my application which use SmartGWT Power Edition Version : v8.3p_2013-05-01 and there drag and drop forks fine.

Also I have attached screenshot where this feature works.
